Kathy serves as our go-to person for all matters related to care management and client support. Kathy provides invaluable guidance, support, and leadership to our team. Kathy is a seasoned professional with a remarkable journey within the care industry, spanning over a decade. With her extensive experience and dedication, Kathy currently serves as our Registered Care Manager, leading our team with expertise and compassion. Since embarking on her career in 2008, Kathy has traversed various roles within the care sector, starting as a support worker before progressing into management positions. Her diverse experience includes managing domiciliary care services and a learning disability care home, where she honed her skills in providing person-centered care and fostering supportive environments. In her pursuit of excellence, Kathy expanded her horizons by working for the South Central Ambulance Service, gaining invaluable insights into emergency care and response. In 2022, Kathy joined our team and quickly ascended to the role of Registered Care Manager, where she continues to make a profound impact through her leadership and expertise. Kathy's unwavering commitment to enhancing the quality of care and her depth of knowledge make her an invaluable asset to our organisation. Registered Care Manager

Alex is our go-to person for seamless coordination, proactive problem-solving, and compassionate support. She monitors the quality of the service through daily and monthly audits. Alex is an indispensable member of our team, serving as the Care Manager with dedication and expertise. Since joining our company in 2022, Alex has made significant contributions to our organisation's mission of providing exemplary care to those we serve. Beginning as a care worker, Alex quickly demonstrated exceptional skills and a strong commitment to our values. With a background in care home settings prior to joining our team, Alex brought invaluable experience and insight to our organisation. Recognising Alex's potential and passion for making a difference, they were swiftly promoted to the role of Field Care Supervisor, where they continued to excel in supporting our clients and caregivers alike. Later, Alex's exceptional performance led to their appointment as Deputy Care Manager, where they play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our services and now into the Care Manager role while she applies to become registered and lead the Emsworth branch. Alex's dedication, empathy, and outstanding leadership qualities make them an invaluable asset to our team. Their unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality care ensures that each individual receives the support and attention they deserve. Recruitment Manager

Jenny is the go-to person for all things related to training, development, and quality assurance. In her role as Training and Quality Coordinator, she ensures that all team members are well-supported through comprehensive induction programs, ongoing training, and performance development. Jenny plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of care across the service, conducting audits, spot checks, and providing constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement. She also continues to lead falls prevention initiatives and monthly quality improvement projects that drive positive outcomes for our service users. Her dedication to excellence makes her a cornerstone of our commitment to high-quality care. Jenny is a passionate and driven professional who joined our team as a care assistant in the summer of 2022. Her exceptional performance and commitment to high standards saw her quickly progress to Team Leader, and most recently, she has been promoted to the role of Training and Quality Coordinator. In this new capacity, Jenny brings her experience and leadership to a broader organisational level—supporting staff through tailored training initiatives, monitoring compliance, and ensuring that best practices are embedded across all areas of care delivery. Her expertise continues to be a driving force behind key quality improvement projects and safety initiatives, such as her continued leadership in falls prevention. Jenny’s proactive approach, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to supporting both staff and service users make her an invaluable asset to the team. Field Care Supervisor

Lara is the go-to person for overseeing care operations in the field, ensuring high-quality service delivery and smooth coordination among staff. As a Field Care Supervisor, she plays a vital role in supporting the team, ensuring rotas are effectively managed, and responding to last-minute changes with efficiency. With her background in midwifery and health studies, Lara brings a strong understanding of patient-centered care, making her a valuable asset in promoting excellence across the service. She ensures that staff are supported, schedules run smoothly, and clients receive consistent, high-standard care. Lara joined the team in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from her experience as a student midwife. Prior to this, she achieved both an Access to Nursing and Midwifery Diploma and a Diploma in Health Studies, which solidified her expertise in healthcare provision. Her dedication to quality care and operational efficiency has made her a trusted leader in the field. In her current role, Lara ensures staff availability is well-coordinated, schedules visits proactively, and responds swiftly to unplanned cover needs. She values clear communication and responsiveness, ensuring the team remains aligned in managing workloads and last-minute adjustments. Lara’s combination of clinical knowledge, organisational skills, and commitment to excellent care delivery makes her an integral part of the team. Her proactive approach and ability to adapt ensure that both staff and service users receive the best possible support.
