Working as a Care Assistant is often the first point in starting a career in care. You will support people who are living in their own homes with their daily requirements. You will support with bathing, dressing, personal care and support with their daily activities and eating and drinking.

The job of the Team Leader is very closely linked with the domiciliary care worker role. In addition, you will have the added responsibilities of supporting new team members as their ‘buddie’ and to support inductions into the company. We also give you the opportunities to become specialists in certain areas of care to become a champion in that field ensuring excellence throughout the service.
The job of the Field Care Supervisor is very closely linked with the domiciliary care worker role and Team leaders. In addition to these duties, you will be upskilled to become an assessor in the community, supporting service users to receive our service and ongoing reviews and care assessments. You will work closely with the registered manager in building up new rounds and developing the service into new locations. You will be responsible for the wellbeing of the service users, providing the best guidance to the domiciliary team to ensure safe and personalised care to be delivered.
