How we do it

To ensure that we continually deliver an excellent service, we invest into our care teams development. We feel it is important to support continual learning and development so we have an in depth training program that offers all of the mandatory CQC courses, as well as additional qualifications and opportunity’s to enhance each workers skillset with upskill training and qualifications. This enables us to develop champions within the business.

Our care team are able to view their rotas 24/7 to ensure they are kept up to date, and we use technology to open up communication within the whole team and reinforce our caring community. We can share ideas and updates in a responsive and well led manor.
