Couple Companionship Packages
We supply Couple Companionship packages so that you can remain at home together.
24/7 Companionship Care
We also offer a companionship role on a 24/7 basis to individuals in their own homes.
Live-in Care Support
You may feel that 24/7 support and companionship would be a better option for you, so we also offer Live-In Care Support on a personalised basis.
This is the perfect service for someone who is independent and looking for companionship and peace of mind that there is someone available to help them with their daily requirements.
Suitable for adults of all ages and will enable you or your loved ones to remain in their own home and continue to live a fulfilled life.
Live-In Care Support Workers will stay with you for a minimum period of 2 weeks; however, this can be increased to an ongoing service or respite cover for the family carer to take a break.
Supporting You Every Step Of The Way
1. We will arrange a convenient time to come and meet you in your own home and discuss what you are looking for and your preferences . We then develop a personalised care plan; which will enable the worker to understand your daily support requirements.
2. We then handpick 2 workers that match the required skill sets and your preferences for all ongoing placements and alternate between then to ensure they have their breaks. (For respite or a short term placement, we will only require the one worker.)
3. Each worker will require their own room and a minimum of a 2 hour break each day.
4. We offer a 24/7 on-call service to ensure we are at the end of the phone should you have any questions or updates.
We will create a personalised support plan with you and your loved ones to understand how we can best help you, understanding your likes and dislikes and any goals we can help you to achieve.
