We have full-time and part-time work available in the Southampton and surrounding area. This role is a mixture of induction new staff into the team, creating and updating care plans and risk assessments, spot checks, as well as supporting people in their own homes with care that enables them to live a fulfilled life and promoting their independence with person centered care.

Working a variety of shifts between the hours of 07:00-22:00 this role is paid up to £29,500.00pa, paid monthly

You must drive and have access to a car, however full training and induction to care provided for anyone new or experienced to care work. You will be required to work as a care worker and pass your induction, before being trained for the team leader role and field care supervisor role, which you will need to pass before being promoted. Expected timeframe can be approx 4 weeks. You will need to have level 2+ or equivalent experience to be considered for this role.
