Last month, we completed a comprehensive review for our Southampton City Council care contract.
This review closely examined the services we provide, aligning with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).
As part of this process, we answered a series of detailed questions and provided in-depth evidence on how we operate our services. We also gathered valuable feedback from our service users and care team, which we shared with Southampton City Council.
Today, we are proud to announce that the report has been published, and we have achieved the highest possible score of Excellent in all five categories! We are especially honored to be one of only two providers in Southampton to receive this distinction.
This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. We are committed to maintaining these high standards and continuing to provide exceptional care to our community.
